Saudi Cement Co has reported a net profit of SR277.7m ($74m) in the final three months of 2012, compared with SR211.4m during the same period the previous year, Reuters has reported. The 31.4% increase was attributed to higher local demand, the firm said. Operating profit rose by 36.8% to SR300.9m, up from SR220m in the final three months of 2011.
