Adjusting and Using Process

Step1.One-way wiring methods, put the power cable connected to the machine at the power supply, wiring methods: line, neutral line (is the zero line), ground wire and ground terminal must be grounded.

Step2.Test machine, after the power cable is connected, the power to send the control panel, let the temperature controller to zero position. Conveyor belt, the upper and lower heater pipe knob to zero, turn to the left of the tune, and then close the power switch, fan switch, belt properly adjusted, let it run, and then adjust the temperature controller set temperature. Then adjust the upper and lower heating tube knob to the maximum, turn to the right tone. At this time the machine has been heating up in working condition. When the temperature rises to the set temperature, the thermometer indicates to the set temperature value, the table header indicates the red light, you can make product packaging to test machine.

Step3.Operating temperature setting, PVC film is generally 120℃ to 160℃, PP film is 150℃ to 180℃, according to the product first packing to adjust high or low temperature and conveyor speed When Product has wrinkles, indicating that the temperature is not enough or too fast transportation. Product is film rupture, indicating that the temperature is too high or conveyor speed is too slow. Repeatedly test machine so that products reach the best results, please make note of the temperature and the transmission voltage value until the next boot easy to use.

Step4.When finishing the working, please do not immediately cut off the power, should put the upper and lower heating tube knob to zero, adjust the temperature control to the zero position,use of fans disperse the heat, cooling time is about 15 minutes, then put the transferred knob to zero knob, turn off the fan switch, disconnecting the power supply switch.

Step5.Three-phase four-wire type, wiring way: phase line, phase line, phase line, neutral line also the zero lines hanging sign. Ground terminal must be grounded.

Step6.As mentioned before work test machine, three-phase four-wire system type only increases the temperature heating system and fan speed control function. 

Step7.The modem control lines concentrated in the control cabinet, if to open the control panel or control cabinet, please completely cut off the power and ask the professional electrical personnel for repair and maintenance. 

Precautions

1.The temperature controller should be adjusted to 0 degrees before starting, then turn the switch to open.
2.Chassis enclosure must be grounded.
3.Packaging machine has completed its work, please do not cut off the power immediately, temperature controller should be adjusted to 0 degree and use of fans disperse the heat inside the cabin. cut off the power finally.
4.If you find that there is belt slippage, Adjust the two adjustment screws of the machine roller. Transmission mechanism should be regularly added advanced lubricants instead of ordinary butter.
