I. Main Technical Performance:

1.1 Working system: system II 100%Idn continuous, 150%Idn1 min, rectified voltage 0-100%Udn(0-150V) continuously adjustable.

1.2 Cooling mode: air cooling

1.3 Major loop power:

Three-phase 380V/220V, three-phase four-wire system power capacity 30KVA

1.4 Steady current signal sampling: sampling through 200A/5V DC sensor.

1.5 Automatic steady current precision: steady current precision is not below ±1% when the network voltage or the fluctuation of load changes within the range of ±5% at any point in the rated DC current range of 50-100%

 

Ⅱ.Working Principle:

      The circuits of this device can be divided into main circuit and control circuit.

2.1 Main circuit:

    As shown in the figure, the three-phase bridge rectifier circuit is used as the main circuit, the valve side of which is equipped with opening and closing surge absorber circuits and each arm is centrally provided with commutating overvoltage protection circuit. The three-phase AC voltage is reduced through a rectifier transformer and rectified by a thyristor before outputting the DC current 150A and voltage 150V.
