LN-TMH is a compact tape cast electrode film coating machine with a heated cover, designed to produce films of uniform thickness. It has a unique drive system that can produce smooth coating on various types of materials. The built-in flat vacuum chuck can hold the substrate sheet in place, which is particularly useful when making thin film coatings. This product is widely used in the research of various high-temperature films, such as ceramic films, crystalline films, battery material films, and special nano-films.
